Disappointment

I’ve been a travel pro luggage user for over a decade. I feel like the quality of this bag gets worse and worse as the years go on. I’ve also never used any of the warranties and this is at least my fourth version of this bag. this may be my last bag purchased with your company.

Not good

This did not work for me at all. The wheels are not on spinners so you need to carry it down the aisle. When you roll it, it hits you in the heals. Zipping is anything but with the side flaps. Appreciate that there’s lots of positive reviews for this bag, but I’m not a fan.

Beautiful bag but

Beautiful bag. But to be honest, I sent it back because of the two wheels. For a carry on, it just seemed more reasonable to have four wheels so it would glide sideways easily down the isle of the aircraft.
