Wrong item sent TWICE

I ordered the bench and received a dining chair instead. Contacted customer service, was forced to return the chair and receive a returns gift card. OK fine no big deal. Placed the order for the bench again on the phone with an agent. Asked her to reassure the correct item would be sent. Lo and behold, I received another dining chair. No Bench. There is a serious issue with this company and customer service has been useless. Do not waste your time or energy
