Strap screws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried to love this purse as it looks very elegant and I’ve been searching for a shoulder bag but I purchased this bag a month ago and the strap has snapped twice due to screw being loose! It’s pretty annoying having to search for the screw and snapping it back on. I don’t know if I got a defective purse or they’re all like that. I’m over it at this point but can’t be return as it was final sale

Classy little bag
