Center compartment has no lining

I ordered the perry tote from Troy Burch directly in black and also this one. I was surprised to see that the black one comes with lining, but this one doesn't. It looks cheap an unfinished with the rough material inside. Feels like I'm missing more bag. Love the color, but I'm disappointed.

What I was looking for

I would say my reason for four stars out of five is only due to the fact that it tips over a bit more than I like it to but it fits everything I need for work. Has a great handle to put over the shoulder comfortably.
