I received a used bag.

The purse is beautiful. Unfortunately it was sent to me without tags & scratches on all of the hardware. It was clearly used & returned. I can’t believe it was sent to me in that condition. I expected better customer service from Bloomingdale’s.

Not worth the price. The bag itself has many colors unnecessarily (outer black but the inside there is blue and brown) additionally, they sent me a returned item that has scuff marks on the feet.

Not worth the money, very heavy and nothing special. Not the quality I was expecting. I rarely spend that much on a bag but it looked really cute in the photos. Doesn’t look expensive. I do buy Tory Burch bags but this one goes back as well as the other 4 I ordered.
