Non existant handbag

Dont order this...they dont have the bag. I ordered the bag in the picture. Another bag came. After speaking with several people in customer service and the stores they told me that the wrong picture is on the website and they don't even have the bag in the picture. This was about 3-4 weeks ago and yet the bag is still on their website. If someone can track it down for me I would really appreciate it!
