Arrived damaged

I can’t believe somebody didn’t check this out before they sent it to me. There were loose threads and beads missing on the strap. The bag was packaged loosely in a plastic bag with no care at all. I wanted to love this, but I had to send it back. At this price it should be in perfect condition.
