Unacceptable

Item arrived dirty, used, and scratched. Replacement pair sent in similar, unacceptable condition. Disgusted that TF sunglasses would arrive in such condition supplied by Bloomingdale’s TWICE. Awful return process given the high cost of the item and the condition of the glasses. I do not recommend these glasses from Bloomingdale’s.
