I don't have my watch yet?

Have not received yet? I received an email stating it was sent and received at store a week ago but they haven't unpacked it yet? Or sorted it and delivered it to watch counter? A real bazaar way they do shopping there at Bloomingdales. Not sure when they will call me to let me know to come and get it? Won't do this again.
