Very attractive coat
I am really happy I found this coat at Bloomingdale's. You can't find it anywhere else--I looked. I signed up for a credit card to get 15% off, which helped cut the sting of the price. After a few frustrations having to call their customer service numbers (you can easily get stuck in the automated phone system--but the humans are VERY helpful, once you get to one), I finally was able to order the coat. It is very pretty and seems to be warm--haven't really tested it below 25 degrees. The collar is super soft against my neck and chin. This has got to be one of the best tailored puffy coats out there.

Great Coat
My husband gave me this for Christmas (with some direction from me!) I love it & it looks great on - it is very fitted which is what I liked about it - I got the XS & am 5'2, 117 lbs. & it fits perfectly. I wore in NYC this week on a cold day & felt very warm in it. You have the option of removing the faux collar - I kept it on since it felt very warm. Great alternative to the CG everyone in NYC is wearing!

Great coat!
This is a wonderful coat from Northface. The way the coat is stitched creates a slim look, unlike many puffer coats. I looked at this coat last year, and finally purchased it during Friends and Family.

Warm and pretty
I wanted a warm, functional down coat that was a little different from the standard TNF black puffer. This jacket has great details- pretty removable faux fur collar; cute belt- while also being warm and stylish. I;ve gotten lots of compliments!

Beautifully Designed; Beautifully Engineered.
I wore a Tommy Hilfiger down jacket every day for 4 winters! I was highly impressed with its construction, style and durability, even after MANY washings. However, none of this season's styles suited me. In my search to replace my all-time favorite jacket, I decided on something a bit longer for walking in NYC's concrete canyons, yet still comfortable while driving my car out of town. To my delight, this North Face surpasses my expectations. The smaller quilting ensures the down stays in place through lots of machine washing. Its silhouette is feminine - not the Alice in Wonderland Queen of Hearts style I see all over the city. It zips ALL the way up and the hood is exceptionally concealed. I'm glad the "fur" is removable for the days it just isn't that cold, but I like it on the coldest days to keep the nylon off my skin. The cuffs inside the sleeve keeps the cold from blowing up the arms and the belt, not only adds to the style, but also keeps the drafts down. I thought the designers forgot the one extra always forgotten in women's wear: an inside pocket . . . But it was there!!! Fantastic in every way.

Love this Coat!!!
This is the 1st North Face Coat I have ever bought and I am totally ecstatic with my purchase... Ironically I normally buy Montcler - but since they have changed their size specs to run a size smaller than in the past, I purchased the North Face instead. Not only is this North Face Parkina very stylish, it's also warm and a great value for the money... In my opinion, it's a comparable on all points to Moncler. Thank you, North Face! I was happy to give you my hard-earned money instead of to Montcler!

cute & comfy
Getting multiple compliments on this purchase. Could be a little warmer as it is a Northface, but the dressier quality and fit makes it worth the price. I removed the fur from the collar as it was just too much for my taste - glad to have the option to dress it back up if I want to though.

This jacket is adorable on! Other reviews say it runs small, but I ordered my normal size and it fits perfectly (I'm a medium in their other apparel). Super warm also!!! and the belt and fur collar give it a more sophisticated, dressier look than the regular 600 parka.
