Poor quality

Bought this for my daughter in mid-November this year, it’s now Dec 27th and the zipper was so stiff that we could barely zipper it up each time she used it. Only got worse and now it’s completely broken, she can zipper it all the way up and has to step in/out of it. Going to bring it back to exchange or return but I’m still concerned about the quality.
