I bought this scarf for a gift. The scarf was delivered timely and was beautiful, seemed in a good quality, very soft and liked by everyone very much. I hope it will be as good in wearing and lasting.

Product never came- Chat bot wants me to return it
I won't be purchasing anything from Bloomingdale's again. They handled this matter very poorly. Chat bot generated a return label for a product that never came and customer service supported what the computer put in their system.
