Good quality sweater, but length too short.

I ordered this cashmere sweater for my boyfriend in a 2XL in the color raisin, which is a very deep eggplant. I think the quality was good and the color even better. The sweater fit fine in his shoulders, chest, and arms including arm length. However, it was too short and only reached his waist. For that reason, I had to return it. If it had been 3 inches longer, I would absolutely have kept it and been quite happy.

They really tried, but the sweater was never found

If I had received the sweater, it would’ve been great. I’m sure, but however, I went to the store to pick it up once I got the verification email that it was there and I was told that it was shipped to my house and that they had made a mistake. I never received anything at home however they claim now it’s at the store ready for pick up!
