Terra Kaffe Espresso is a great countertop machine with some limitations

I am a diehard plumbed-in espresso afficionado. I enjoy being able to adjust all aspects of the brew and milk foaming. We have a new house in Utah and I did not want to have a plumbed in unit and have the risk of water leaks and floods when we are not in the house.The TK-02 is a nice machine with all sorts of adjustments possible to fine tune the brew and foaming cycles. I really like all of these features and options.There are a few annoyances with the machine. It uses a lot of water to flush its internal parts. Literally, after brewing two cappuccinos, the water collection tray is full and must be emptied to avoid countertop flooding. There is no sensor to tell if the bean hopper needs a refill.Overall, I like the machine and am writing a very positive review. The machine .has a great graphic user interface and app. It is definitely the best of the countertop espresso machines
