Consistently Excellent Performance and Flavor
We couldn’t be more thrilled with our TK-02. We began shopping for a new super-automatic machine when our 8-year-old Miele started showing its age, and this turned out to be an upgrade we didn’t even know we needed. The machine is incredibly easy to use right out of the box and very intuitive. Maintenance couldn’t be simpler. I’ve read some complaints about how often the water reservoir needs to be filled and the grounds emptied, but it feels comparable to what we’re accustomed to—and arguably more hygienic to replace the water, empty the drip tray, and clear the waste bin daily rather than letting them sit longer. Enjoying more options than available on our Miele, including being able to dispense hot water for tea. The design is sleek and aesthetically pleasing, and the app is a great added bonus. With the wide range of price points among super-automatic machines, this one truly feels like a bargain.

Faulty machine and inadequate customer service
Machine couldn’t complete the installation process because of issue with equipment- likely a faulty sensor. Customer service line wasn’t authorized to help with trouble shooting or diagnosing the problem and said they would reach back out after the weekend. The customer service email provided is an AI bot that provided information on a different piece of equipment. Not worth the time, especially with the price point of this machine.
Loud and slow
The machine was extremely noisy and slow. Very hard to navigate. Couldn't do drip coffee with steamed milk on top as a setting.
Where have you been all my life?
Love this machine. So straight forward and makes delicious coffee.

Enjoy it till it breaks... and then get no support
If only the service and the shelf-life were better for this incredible coffee-making machine. I have had two of them in four years. The first one died completely with no power after two years, and then the replacement did the exact same thing a year and a half later [see below]. At that point, teh company told me that my warranty was completed. Further, when I’d dealt with the company a few years ago, they had excellent service. Not only would they pick up the phone when you called, but they actually would call you back. NONE of that is the case anymore. Instead, you are left to exchange emails that they often wait several days to respond to while you’re sitting on a dead coffee machine. Frankly, this machine is too expensive for either of these headaches. I expected more and am moving on to the Breville (https://tinyurl.co / mza384pw7) that can do the same thing for half the price.
Best Bean to Cup on the market today!
I have owned small footprint Bluetooth bean to cup DeLonghi and Saeco machines and although they were twice the price of this machine they pale in comparison. This is my new favorite piece of American engineering ahead of my Tesla Model X and my Harley Livewire! You will not be disappointed!

Elegant simple and functional , only issue milk doesn’t get very hot
