Amazing

We had the TK01 and upgraded a couple months ago....the TK02 fixed any complaints we had with the first model! Milk system froths great even with non-dairy milks. We even had a minor issue with the drip tray not registering in the first few weeks and the support team was very responsive and immediately able to fix our problem. Also, the machine and app come out with updates every now and then and has a "beta" function where we get to try the new things the company may be rolling out...this makes it fun! I'm a coffee snob and grew up drinking from Jura machines, and still I am completely satisfied with our machine. The only thing we don't love is that when you make a milk-based drink it doesn't always finish at the hottest temperature, but I wouldn't be surprised if TK updates this eventually too.

You need to run it through

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doesn't really seem to hit it's stride till you have run it to the end of it's 150 trial brews. You also will need to make many adjustments to the brew to get it dialed in as well. Out of the box it was extremely underwhelming, almost disappointing. But if you work with it and accept it where it is you can find it very useful.

Best Coffee Ever!

We LOVE our machine!!!! We use it multiple times every day and organized our kitchen to have a special coffee bar set up. Very few places can match the coffee we brew at home!

Upgraded from pods to fresh ground beans

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased TK02 for my wife who prefers a fresh brewed espresso to start her day. My BIL has three Terra Kade’s so he swears by this machine. This influenced our decision to purchase a Terra Kaffe. My wife has always used a Nespresso to achieve an espresso with cream. Once she tried a latte prepared by a TK01 she was ready to enjoy fresh brewed coffee again. The TK02 allows her to use whole beans and let the machine do the rest. She likes her thus far about the Terra Kaffe. She likes the temperature to be a tad bit hotter on the cappuccino, latte and flat white but the one touch has won her over. She is still learning how to use the machine to deliver the flavor profile she desires. The design and ease of use are great. Cleanup is simple. Accessibility to water tank, grounds and connecting milk container are perfect. This upgraded machine is thus far a good choice for her but oddly enough does seems to bother our cockapoo who is sensitive to some machine noises. Two important factors that she points to are the flavor of the espresso and drip coffee and the ease of use. She likes the design and look of the machine. We have not had the TK02 very long so she is still learning how to perfect the flavor.

Good but not as advertised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a good machine, but there are some things to consider. The ads showing someone in bed brewing a cup are misleading, as when it turns on, it self cleans.... So unless you go turn it on, do the cleaning... then you can have a cup. I tried and had the cleaning water in mine, yuck.Also no censor to know if you have beans in the machine, so if it’s empty you just get hot water. It’s tricky to tell if there are beans visually.Lastly the “drip” doesn’t taste like a drip cup, basically is an americano, and no guidance for using regular or espresso beans.That all being said, I’m out of my 30 day trial so I’m keeping it.

My review of TK-02

Received my machine about 2 weeks ago. Easy to setup. Started with drip coffee using Kirkland (Costco) beans. So far, so good. Now making cappuccino and latte which both my wife and I enjoy.Looking forward to enjoying the TK-02 for years to come.
