Beautiful but too much for a petite

There are two versions of this dress pictured online. One version has the top ruffles gathered into a floral shape at the shoulder; the other version is a simpler single-layer ruffle. I received the floral shape. It is beautiful, but I found it overpowering on me. (I'm 5'2".)
