Disappointed

This is a lovely dress that fits well (size 12), including the waist. However the sash is at least 4 inches too small. Customer service did not replace the sash and provided a $25 credit, which will not cover the cost of alterations. I love the dress and chose to keep it but I will have to have the sash altered, if that’s even possible. Very disappointing.
