Beautiful jacket but poorly packaged for shipping

It’s a shame because this is a beautiful jacket with really soft leather, but the way it was shipped was very disappointing. The $700 jacket was folded like a shirt and shipped directly from the vendor in a flimsy plastic bag with no protection, leaving wrinkles all over the leather. I even ordered a second one hoping it would arrive in better condition, but it was packaged exactly the same way. At this price point, much more care should go into shipping. At the very least, a jacket like this should be properly packed in a box. This kind of vendor experience unfortunately reflects poorly on Bloomingdale’s as well.
