Terrible not reliable!!!

I purchased 2 watches (the same) and it was delivered just one. Bloomingdale’s doesn’t resolve the issue, they don’t reimburse or send the watch that I haven’t received, it’s going on for 11 days already.

Sales person was great but your credit department is terrible. They never put my loyalist points on my account but rather put it on my wife’s closed account
