Disappointed

I Purchased this ring with a Michael Kors bag and it was shipped separately. Unfortunately, the ring was delivered to my local post office via ups on a Sunday and returned to sender. I called customer support and the lady I spoke to was nice and apologized but I didn't get any real answers or resolutions other than that the ring was being sent back to Bloomingdales and I would get a refund. I could not have it resent and I don't understand why or how it would be sent back after ordering, paying for it, and being shipped to the town I live in just to take it back. The whole situation is baffling. I did receive my bag but I do wish I had gotten both items I had ordered.
