Worst pump ever!

AQUAMARINE MELT HYDRATING GEL-BALM CLEANSER. I like this product but HATE the pump. I thought the first one might have been defected, but the second bottle was just the same. Almost impossible to extract from the pump/bottle. The “oil” separates itself from the “gel” and you will pump forever to get a decent amount in your hand. It demands a new packaging!

Pump doesn't work!!

Love the product —that is when you can get it out as the gel-based product it's supposed to be (which is almost never). But it separates and the pump is so defective that you can't ever get the product out like it's supposed to be. When I can get it out there's not enough of it to wash my face with. I'm going to try taking the whole thing apart to be able to use the rest of it. This wasn't cheap, you need to fix it.

Worst Sunday Riley Product

This is the worst Sunday Riley product I’ve tried. I was really looking forward to it but disappointed. The pump does not work. Gel doesn’t come out, all you get is the oil and leaves my face feeling greasy. Definitely better balm cleansers out there for the price.

Wanted to love but too oily

This was my second purchase. The first bottle was great.. came out like a fell and took all the make up off. This bottle comes out like straight oil.. not even gel to oil... I have to rewash my face twice just get the oil off..

A gel/oil cleanser

I received a deluxe travel sized tube of the cleanser and I was looking forward to trying it. At first it has a strange texture, a gel but comes out in a bit of a splatter and then once you apply it, it goes oily just like a cleansing balm does. I used it first as the first step of a double cleanse, and you need hot water other wise it feels greasy when you rinse it off. I tried it again as a morning cleanse and it really did a good job. You have to get used to the texture and know how much to apply to get the best from it,and it also smells nice and fresh. A nice cleanser, even though this product wasn't recommended for me on the SpaceNK tool, I like it and would use it.

Product split

I had a similar experience to other reviewers, the product split into a thin oil and the pump stopped pumping out any product and leaked oil. I threw it in the bin. I wouldn’t recommend buying it as both the packaging and the product are sub par. It’s very disappointing as the product is not cheap.

Nice cleanser, terrible packaging

I had this cleanser in a travel size and liked it so much I purchased the full size. I think the problem may be with the packaging, the pump doesn’t dispense the product easily, it distributes it in inconsistent, separated blobs no matter how much shaking to mix the cleanser it just seems faulty, which is very annoying considering it’s near 40 pound price point.
