Good stuff

I have used SO many lip balms. I spend a lot of time in the sun, and I am allergic to many sun blockers. This is the ONLY lip balm I use now. It does the job, and I have not developed an allergy to it.

My lips feel burnt

I have been using this lip balm for a couple of years because it has zinc in it. I use it when I'm out cycling or hiking for the sun protection. For a long time my lips have been dry and feel like they have been sun burnt. I've had to see a durmitolist because of it. I finally figured out it was the Sun Bum mineral lip balm causing the issue. My lower lip still feels burnt and is a little puffy. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this product. Based on some of the other reviews, Sun Bum should investigate this common problem.

Burned my 💋

I experienced the same as another user in here. I have used it many times before, so not sure what change they did with the formula. I ALSO thought it was a sunburn since I was on Safari. But I also had a mask on, so I thought it was something else that caused MAJOR swelling, burning, peeling of the lips to the point of some bleeding. Then I usef Aquaphor to help relieve the pain and protect the lips. Then I used the chapstick and omg it burned my lips AGAIN. I HAVE THROWN at least 5 sticks away now. I mentioned this to a friend and he said the same thing happened to him. My experience has been awful. Not sure what happened but I will NOT be using this ever again and will also warn my friends. Use Zinc Oxide or Aquaphor with sunblock.

Allergic reaction, swollen lips, burnt and chapped

I used this product multiple times thinking it was protecting my lips from the sun. It did the absolute opposite! I have burned my lips multiple times now (i thought it was a sunburn so kept using!) My lips got very swollen, chapped and hurt like a bad burn. I used it once more before bed (i wasnt in the sun that day at all) and my reaction was even worse overnight. There are some chemical ingredients in here that are very very toxic.

Great lip balm

This is my favorite lip balm. I like the mineral formula and the SPF 30 rating.
