Delivered with scuffs

The left shoe came with the leather scuffed. The shoe itself is comfortable, I have three other pairs.

Beautiful shoe!

I bought this shoe for an upcoming event. Very comfortable and I love the style. Unfortunately, I did not like the way the package was delivered. Looks like this was a returned pair of shoes and the associate did not look at the shoe packaging before shipping. The tissue paper inside the box was ripped and the shoes were not situated in the appropriate manner.
