Bag is stunning. Experience was subpar.

Love the bag! Presentation and packaging have room for improvement! Experience was meh. I was given this beautiful bag in a Cream color in its own cloth bag inside the regular Bloomingdale's brown bag. That was it! No Strathberry box. No tissue paper. Nothing else. Experience was very subpar for an almost $600 bag... It felt as if I was buying a bag at an outlet. Nothing was special about my experience there. But the Nano Strathberry bag itself is gorgeous and very quiet luxury. Leather and feel are luxurious. Used my LV bandeau wrapped on the handle to add a little detail. Love the bag. The experience was underwhelming for the price paid so deducted one star for that.
