Hard to take them off

It looks nice. I have no trouble to put them on. But, it's so hard to take them off because there are no zippers.

The lift on the heal is missing. I haven't even worn the boots yet. Bloomingdales shame on you sending me this defective boot.

Comfy but defective

The boots are very comfy and stylish however after wearing them for one day the tip of the heal fell off. It was disappointing considering there are no more boots in stock that are my size. It is an easy fix although I am uncertain if I will keep them. I’m hoping the boots will hold up if I do.
