Zipper put in wrong - protrudes out in the back

Fit is good and true to size BUT the back zipper protrudes out at my derriere. It looks like I have a finger pointing out - very ugly and will not smooth out. Not sure if it was sewn wrong or what. I have to return it. Otherwise I love the dress - it looks great on except for the back protrusion at top of my butt.

Awesome Dress!

The dress and material are beautiful, but it needs lots of ironing the first time you wear it! You have to iron it between low and medium and I had to use spray starch for some stubborn wrinkles. I ordered it in indigo blue and the color was awesome! I received a lot of compliments at the event I wore it to !
