Really wanted to like these as I’ve been looking for brown leather rather than suede bootie. The brown color was not quite right (wanted chocolate and this is lighter) and toe is just too pointy and looks almost like it curls up as displayed in online pictures. Returned

Color does not exist!
Like similar reviewers I bought and returned this boot multiple times trying to get the smooth truffle color and I kept getting a suede. Overall the boots are nice and I’m keeping them but SOOO DISAPPOINTED with Bloomingdale’s for not having accurate product images. I would have liked the boots as photographed more.
Too narrow even for narrow feet
As a person who has struggled my whole life to shop for shoes due to my narrow feet, I am flabbergasted that these are somehow even too narrow for me. That’s really reaching into the realm of “who did they design these shoes for?”. Because there’s not many that could actually wear these boots, they are THAT narrow. It’s the toebox that’s the culprit for me. They fit the “body” or arch area of my narrow foot okay. Also, they list a 10 as a 40. I’m usually a 9.5-10 and this 10 fits like a size 9. Will not be reordering a different size. If I did, I would probably order a 41. But I still don’t think this would give me much more width in the toebox. I do hate this because the shoe is pretty and fits the bill for exactly what I was looking for with the low heel.
Wrong boot color pictured!
I have now ordered this boot 3 times and I receive brown suede boot each time! I don’t think the picture colored exists!
Staud flat boots
These are stunning boots , but unfortunately , the heels ran very narrow , which has never happened to me in any shoe before, so I had to return them.
