  • Went to dinner with my friends and received many compliments on a new bag
  • Box purposely packaged in a bulging fashion to try to accommodate the item that was too big for the box it was shipped in.
  • Tissue paper haphazardly stuffed inside neither providing protection for the item or enhancing appearance of it. The box was disfigured so badly, the tissue paper was stuck to the packing tape, so the box wasn't even entirely sealed.
  • Item stuffed into too small box.
  • Crease in handle due to item being stuffed into the box.
  • Collapsed/disfigured handle and top of purse due to it being stuffed into the box.

Cute Moon bag

Very cute and surprisingly roomy. I ordered the larger size but was sent the smaller size and was surprised that it’s roomy enough to fit my pro max phone, compact , lipstick and other essentials. It is well made and good quality for the price. Negatives- it was not packed properly- it was delivered in a Bloomingdale’s plastic bag! It had no cushioning or wrapping to protect the leather. It had two small dents that I was able to fix by stuffing it w/ paper. Overall great bag but very disappointed on how it was packaged. I was credited for the difference since I received the smaller size. This actually works better since I am petite.
