Love My Staub Enameled Cast Iron Pot

Staub continues to deliver a wonderful product. This is my 4th cast iron pot and I love it! The dark interior hides any discoloration that occurs over time. This yellow pot is a warm and charming accent on my range.

Elegant Cooking with Staub

I have cooked with Staub cast iron cocottes, braisers, and other similar pieces for many years. They are all excellent in design and colors. The taste and texture of the ingredients are preserved in the cooking process; and the food is served from the cooking pot to the table. Currently, prices are very attractive in advance of imminent price increases. It's a delight to cook with Staub.

One of the best choices I made by purchasing this cast iron pot. The color is vibrant and better looking in person. Excellent heat retention and very easly to clean. The size is suitable for various cooking meals.
