Cast Iron

There is a learning curve, as I've never cooked with cast iron. Cleans up beautifully though. Wish it were bigger.

Too much work

Even though I was following the insturctions to the letter, all the food I cooked stuck to the pan. It's also extremely hard to wash it without scrubing. After 2 weeks I gave up on trying to make it work.

Great size/weight ratio

Great size/weight ratio. 11" skillet is a good working size in that there is enough cooking surface, but it not too heavy.

Best cookware in the world!

I have several Staub pieces and nothing else compares. I have used solid Cooper cookware as well as stainless steel cookware and still nothing compares to Staub. Absolutely amazing. You will never need anything else.

Another good item by staub

Had to get the all black, this was one of the only colors local, wish i could of got a different color. But all in all works great for what its used for.
