I purchased this type because of it's so versatile with the 4 pieces. I like that the Staub Dutch Oven has taller sides and is easier to store in my kitchen cabinets. The self basting lid really does help to redistribute moisture in the pot. Looking forward to cooking many more delicious meals.

You literally can cook anything on this set; from grilling to stews and soups. Yet anything you will make will be extra moist and tasty! Just get it and you will thank me later!

My True Love
I purchased this set 3 years ago. It brought back my joy of cooking! I wanted this set for 2 years and finally pulled the plug when I got a deal for $300. Over time I added the heart 2.5 quart and the 13" fry pan and it is the only cookware I have! yes I use it for everything! it makes me feel special! Think about it, you get 3 pots for the price of one & it is beautiful to look at. I feel bad about the customer with the chip! I do baby the set but had no such issue after all this time. I do recommend take the black marks on bottom right away so it doesn't build up! It is the ONLY cookware I have as I don't believe in excess. My kids are always arguing who gets it when I'm gone!

I have brought so many cast iron cookwares, this set is my favorite. Firstly they are perfect size for 2-3 people, secondly they’re stackable and save so much space.

STAUB INNOVATION
It's BEAUTIFUL! It's Thoughtful! It's Multiple options in one FABULOUS unit. I started my Staub journey with a 12 inch traditional Fry pan in Cherry. I LOVE it SO much that it lives on my Stovetop. I then bought a Staub Grill pan in Cherry to try it out. It works great! I have my eye on a Staub traditional deep Skillet in Cherry to add to my growing Staub cookware. NOW, I saw this STACKABLE unit of perfection and it's PERFECT! It incorporates many useful products into one AMAZING cookware unit. Honestly, it's just what I wanted! KUDOS to Staub for their innovative thinking and their execution is even better! THANK YOU STAUB!!! :^)

Amazing product - chipped easily
I received this product about 3 weeks ago. It’s a beautiful stackable that cooks the most amazing food. The only downside… it has chipped the black matte paint. I am very careful with this item (as I am with all my cookware) and I don’t even know what caused the chip. It has not be dropped or banged. I am disappointed with this outcome.

Fantastic set
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Distributes heat very well and love that you can clean using soap and water. Just got the stacking black cast iron set a week ago and have used the set multiple times. Highly recommend.
