Absolutely fantastic for decades

My kids all grown up, I’ve been looking at I’ve more time & & on scrubbing/seasoning/polishing to trash or donate etc. Lodge cast iron, Calphalon professional, etc & it all disappoints if used or not. STAUB- I’ve even left soaking in sinkI & NEVER rusts or issues. I got my 1st Staub piece decades ago-free with a purchase 😆 I just ordered 2 more pans to leave set for my kids. Follow clean/use directions 4 ez cleanup. NO enamel interior is great, heirloom pieces. If only had known then what I know now! WHY I say it now. QUALITY & time/$$ smart in the long run.

Chipped

Great until enamel chipped. I took perfect care of this pan and I pulled it out of my drawer today and saw this chip. Very disappointed.

poor quality

I read all the care and follow how to take care of this thing. it start chipping away one on the handle and the other one in the center. I do not recommend this product at all. makes me wonder that this was a faulty product for a cast iron .

beautiful color, good size for daily use

I love the color (dark blue) of the pan. It makes my kitchen look nicer. 10 inch is a bit smaller to grill big steaks but good enough for daily use. Probably I'll buy a bigger one for grilling steaks.
