Terrible professionalism
I ordered this backpack for my daughter for the new school year. Every item that I ordered from everywhere else came in besides this back pack, which was in-stock when I ordered it. When I checked to see when it would be here, bevmcause school starts next week I learned that it was now "backordered" until September 11th. I did not receive an advanced warning or a timely update, just silence. If you value integrity and good communication shop somewhere else

Stylish high quality backpack
Love the look and quality of this backpack. The interior of the backpack is plush and very sturdy (not flimsy lining like some others). I would say the backpack size is medium and would probably be appropriate until about 6th grade.
