Disappointing

I ordered this item for my daughters choir performance. The cut of the skirt is cute however, the skirt I ordered was a size 12. The paper tag says "size 12" but the sewn in tag says "size 10" and the skirt definitely runs small to begin with so we can't even use it. I would expect bloomingdales to have a quality control that checks things like this before it ships. Looks like we are out of luck for finding a skirt for her choir performances short notice.
