Largely Worthless Product
This China import constantly is clogged requiring almost daily cleaning. Unfortunately, to make matters worse, there is no such thing as customer support for service which is non-existent. Aesthetics alone cannot justify such a useless product. Should be discontinued if it hasn't already.
Beautiful design
If you spend more time looking at your Coffee grinder than actually using it, then you’ll understand why we spent so much money on the SMEG
Looks amazing
This is not an incentivized review. Pros 1. Looks fabulous on our kitchen counter 2. Quiet 3. Lots of choices as to how fine or coarse you'd like your beans ground 4. Generally, grounds are of even size but could be better. 5. You can set a timer to how long the grinder will grind your beans depending on how many cups of coffee you're making Cons 1. Poor design of bean holder. Sometimes you need to shake the grinder after it shuts off to grind the last few beans that get stuck on the flat surface inside the bean holder 2. This drives me nuts: no matter how much I tap the grinder after all the beans are ground to get any remaining ground coffee to drop into the container, the grinder will keep dropping ground coffee onto the metal base of the grinder for days. I think it's important to clean the grinder frequently to limit the degree to which this happens. It shouldn't be necessary but it is. I've thought of returning it but its good looks and decent, quiet overall performance and features has led me to keep it. You'll only know if it's for you if you try it.

Love but messy
We got this with the espresso maker and absolutely love the combo. However, our grinder makes a mess almost every time we use it. Grounds get thrown all over the place and we’ve tried different beans because I thought bean quality was a problem, I’ve cleaned off the ground dispenser to make sure nothing was blocking them, nothing has worked. Not sure what I can do to fix this?

The perfect coffee grinder
We already have a SMEG toaster (which we love) and when we decided to purchase a new coffee grinder our obvious choice was the SMEG. It was more than what we wanted to spend but it did not disappoint. It is a beautiful appliance and performs quietly and perfectly. You won't be disappointed with this purchase!
