I just washed these sheets and put them on the bed. Yes, they wrinkle but sheets wrinkle. I ironed the pillow cases and they need starch and high heat to smooth out. But over time, my experience is that they soften and the wrinkles come out easier. It's exactly what I was looking for to replace my very old percales. The gray color is light and lovely. Very happy with my purchase. The fitted sheet fits a deep mattress.
