Mediocre

I’ve tried and tested this cream multiple times, and while it’s definitely a good moisturizer, it didn’t offer anything that sets it apart from more affordable options. It hydrates well, feels luxurious on the skin, and has that classic Sisley texture — but that’s about it. For the price point, I expect more: noticeable improvement in texture, firmness, or long-term radiance. Unfortunately, this one just didn’t deliver beyond basic moisturization. It’s a solid product, but for me, it’s a 3-star — pleasant, but mediocre.

Deluxe cream!

I received a sample of this cream with my Space NK gift with purchase. I found the cream quite rich, a little goes a long way and it made my skin feel super soft. I wasn't too keen on the smell, a little off-putting and this did put me off when using. But overall a lovely product.

Nourishing

I tried a sample size of this cream. It lived up to its name...velvet and nourishing. It has a lovely delicate scent,it has a good texture and applies beautifully, leaving skin feeling really soft.It absorbs well and you can put makeup on over it easily. I loved it as a night cream and skin felt very moisturised the following morning. I think long term use would have good results. Wish it wasn't so expensive though.

Sisley Velvet Nourishing Cream

I had a small tube of this with my Space NK GWP. I have tried quite a few Sisley makeup products but not a lot of their skincare. The main selling point of this cream for me is that it moisturises my skin really well but it does not leave a shiny finish, so on days where I want more of a shine free base this is ideal. I can't think of any other products that do that without drying ingredients so I think it is quite unique.

Beautiful moisturiser

I had already bought and loved the velvet sleeping mask from this range so was very happy to try a sample of this sisley-paris moisturiser. As with all their products, the quality of the cream and it's feel on your face is exceptional. A beautiful floral fragrance and superb hydration with no irritation.
