Incredible knife. It's very easy to handle and extremely sharp. I have used it for anything from vegetables to cutting fish for sushi and it performs great.

Worth every penny!
This knife gets so much use, every single day. A great purchase. We have a wide variety of Wusthof knives which are also nice... but this is the one my husband and I reach for the most in our kitchen.
