Nightmare
We’ve owned this vacuum for a year and I must say this might go down as one of the worst purchases of my life. Not only is it horrible at vacuuming things up, but it makes EVERYTHING soaking wet in the process. Even when you put it on carpet mode, you better expect your carpet to be sopping wet by the time you’re done. Do not buy

Very disappointing
Very disappointed with the performance. I have a Shark vacuum and love it, so naturally, I was thrilled to receive this 3-1 product. However; its leaves puddles on my floor, will stop in the middle of the job indicating there is no water, despite it being full, and leave a musty smell after each use, I wash it after every use and have even replaced the parts thinking that was leaving the smell- nope! I’m not hating on the brand, I just wish I would’ve not purchased this item.

Convenient
I love love love this product. Honestly one of my favorite house purchases. It’s so convenient to use especially if you have kids, mines makes a mess almost every time he’s eating so this is so quick.

Makes Floors spotless.
This is by far the best mop I have ever had!! All of my floors are either hardwood or tile. My kitchen is white marble. I have a cat and dog, and live in a hobby farm… so it is so hard to keep my floors clean. Ordinary mopping pushes the dirt and water around. This mop sucks all the dirt up and I am not redepositing dirt, I am dumping it. I also like that the roller can be taken off with ease and washed before I put it away.

Love it!
I bought this wet vac a few weeks ago and I love it! Suction is great, battery life is good, and super easy to refill and empty the tanks. The only thing I wish were different would be the tanks be a little bigger, I have to refill often and that it would bend to be able to get under furniture.
