Solid quality

I had a hard time finding good cotton pillow protectors, like they made 20+ years ago. Not satisfied until I purchased these. Simple, thicker cotton, generously cut (I bought standard down pillows from Feathered Friends--they are larger than usual at the beginning--and only these pillow cases fit them), smooth zippers. Some supposedly high quality manufacturers use that striped fabric, but are thin and become misshapen after washing. These are a plain cotton fabric with no pretense.

Great!

Helps keep sweat and moisture from the pillow and even seems to keep the pillow in shape. Now if you don't follow the wash instructions exactly, the sheen will not last. But still, happy with purchase.

Disappointed

Expected a softer feel. I suppose I could try washing it to see if it softened and perhaps it would, but I think I should return instead as the price is so high even on sale.
