Broken zipper

Dress received with a zipper that didn’t work. Returned to Bloomingdale’s on 1/17 who then didn’t return to third party until 1/24. I’m still waiting for refund on 1/27. I don’t recommend buying any items from Bloomingdale’s that goes thru a third party.
