The warranty means nothing
My carry on luggage has a defective zipper which opens up and I learned this right before my trip. I tried to use the warranty to get it repaired or replace but they have made it impossible hard by asking for model number or SKU which isn't easily accessible. Also, they require a shipping fee. I am throwing the luggage away, it's not worth the time or expense to use the warranty. DON'T BUY SAMSONITE products as they don't stand by their products and the warranty they offer means nothing if it's made so difficult and expensive to be used. I have no choice but to trash a never used luggage!

Very basic
This is a very basic piece of luggage. Not expandable, no side pockets. Not what I was expecting.

Very sub standard product
Horrible suitcase, paper thin. So disappointed that it had already been opened and ransacked before being shipped to me. Piece of crap and a waste of time and money. It will definitely be returned.

Lightweight, but expander design is bad
Received suitcase, but will be returning, mainly due to the expander design. In my previous Samsonite suitcase, the expander is within the compartment. So if you expand the luggage, you can put more items inside that compartment and still secure the inner flap so nothing falls out. In the Uplift design, the expander zipper is OUTSIDE of the inner flap that secures your items. So basically all the items you put in the expanded section is secured by nothing, because the extra items will be on top of the inner flap. So all items in the expansion layer can fall out if you open the luggage with the wrong side facing up. On the bright side, everything else is good. The suitcase is very light and rolls well.

Not up to standards
This is supposed to be a hardside case but the outer shell is very flimsy - not worth the money
