Great case , poor repair service
Had one for 5 years used weekly for travel. Great suitcase The top of the handle has now broken and the repair process is just so rubbish. In Europe you can get a replacement handle but not in the US . Sort this out Samsonite

Great carry on but noisy wheels after 1yr
I’ve had one for about a year. I LOVE everything about it; it’s the best carry on case I’ve ever had. The only reason I’ve not rated it 5 stars is the wheels have started to make a horrendous noise. I’ve cleaned them but did not improve the issue. It’s very embarrassing when in a hotel lobby or airport 😳

So much room for such a small carryon!
Love that is small, but fit everything I needed for a trip. Will be buying one for each of my family members for our upcoming trip to Japan!

5 years of service
I've had it for 5 years, I loved it. The handle finally broke. I travel for work and have used this hundreds and hundreds of times, on many airlines, all around the world. It's a tank. Great value and look good IMO.

Pretty good! No gate checking needed so far.
Went with this bag over the monos hybrid and the away aluminum. I've never had a problem with this bag flying United even on its smaller Embraers. I also experienced Air Canada's notoriously strict carry-on requirements for the first time with this bag, but it fit in the sizer (tight fit but it did fit) and no issues getting it in the overhead bin of a CRJ 900. Because I was worried about potentially having to gate check, I did buy a luggage cover for this bag because the latches worry me with how much they stick out from the bag. A luggage strap to help keep the bag shut in case the latches did fail would also help give peace of mind. That is my only negative with this bag. It feels like one good hit or fall at the right angle might cause the latches to pop off. I'm sure there was some sort of testing. Would be nice if some videos of testing were included in the product listing to help give me more confidence in the latches. I feel like I have more faith in the latches on my 20+ year old samsonite oyster.

AMAZING!!
I’m on the road 180 days a year. I’ve been using this suitcase for 5 years. That’s almost 1,000 days of use on this carry on. It is an absolute tank. Over 250 flights. I’m not gentle on this suit case by any means. It takes some serious abuse and it still feels new. The handle just bit the dust on me so I just purchased another to replace it. The scrapes give it a lot of character.

His and Hers
I owned a Tru-Frame Carry On Spinner and use it for all my travels. My wife has a different carry on. She borrowed my TFCOS for a trip and loved it. I purchased one for her and she enjoys the space and light weight the TFCOS provides.
