Wrong item order a jacket coat received a pajama

This review is not for the jacket that has not been received. So i ordered this coat online few days ago and today 12/11/25 i received a package from bloomingdales. When i open it the receipt said sam sherpa jacket and when i see the package they send me a pajama that cost $120 instead of the jacket that cost a little over $300 after tax. I called the customer service immediately and she is processing a replacement item i.e the jacket. Which i will received within 2-3 days. In the return invoice it says i have to return the jacket i:e pajama. My guess is the person who was responsible for to pack my item replace the coat with the pajama. I think bloomingdales need to track where the package came from and check their cctv recording to ensure this kind order of situation doesn’t repeated itself. As a loyal Bloomingdales customer i am very disappointed. The customer service associate was really helpful. I am still waiting for the replacement . I will update once received.
