Warm Coat but Zipper Sticks Every Time

My daughter absolutely loves the style of this coat and I'm happy about the thickness and warmth, but the zipper gets caught on the inner lining at least 2-3 times a day, and then she can't take it off. Poor design with loose inner lining - such a shame!
