fun wide calf boot

I love these. they're wide fit which feels unique, and the heel is thick/low enough that it's comfortable. i haven't yet worn them for a long time, but i'm so excited for the outfits to wear with these

So uncomfortable

These shoes are so narrow and uncomfortable that I literally couldn’t figure out which shoe was for which foot. Kept on switching them because both were equally uncomfortable!

Shaft Too Tall for Me

These boots are so cute, such good quality. Unfortunately, the fit was wrong for me. I usually wear a 7.5 and ordered these boots in both a 7.5 and an 8. I didn't even open the 8 because the 7.5 was a perfect fit in the foot, even allowing room for a light-weight sock if needed. I'm 5'3" tall and the shaft of the boot came up to the middle of my knee and behind my knee, making it difficult to walk. I'm going to return both pairs. For someone just a bit taller/longer legs, I think they would be an awesome boot to have! Disappointed that they didn't work for me.

EXTRA WIDE CALF

These would be beautiful but they are not the wide calf with the measurements advertised in the description. The box from Sam Edelman clearly says Extra Wide Calf which is an extra 3 inches in the calf (17in vs 14.02). I ordered a pair and tried to exchange for the right calf size and got a second pair of the same wide calf. I will be returning both. Very disappointing because the wide calf would have fit perfectly.

gold logo on the heel

I wish I had examined the photos of these boots more closely before I buying them online. I love the boots except for this tacky golden logo they put on the heel. I don’t think I can move past it and will be returning them. too bad. they are lovely otherwise.
