Beautiful belt, buckle issue

The belt is absolutely beautiful, and I love that it’s reversible. It looks elegant with dressy pants and also really stands out when worn with jeans. Unfortunately, the buckle came apart into several small pieces. Bloomingdale’s was incredibly kind and helpful in replacing it, even though it was beyond the standard return window. I’m hopeful this was just an isolated issue and that it won’t happen again.
