Bloomingdale’s sucks

I ordered 3 gancini belts for gifts - they arrived in a sandwich bag - No boxes , no felt travel bag , no certificate of authenticity - I called customer service they said because I ordered online they couldn’t do anything about it - “but I could returned them and reorder and hope the next person packs them correctly “ 1500$ worth of belts and they can’t be bothered to pack it correctly or fix the problems !!!!!
