Comfy and supportive
Bought these for trail hiking and I am very pleased. They have great arch support and the traction is very good. I do have to pick gravel out of the deep grooves after a hike but it’s an acceptable trade off for sure footing.

Best traction for gravel trails
I was looking for a trail/running shoe for gravel surfaces. My old shoes were comfy but slippery. I picked up the xt-4’s and what a difference. No more slipping even down hill. The tread does collect a lot of stones though it’s an acceptable trade off. Very happy with this shoe.
