All Are Shiny

I have purchased 2 pairs of the matte leather loafer and returned both. I received shiny leather loafer instead. After the second one, I called and they had me check the purchase number on the box and confirmed that they are mis-labeled. They will not fix the label in the warehouse. So good news to those who actually want the shiny leather! Just order the matte and the shiny is what you will receive. If you have narrow feet, these should fit fine. If wide feet, order one size larger.

NICE, but narrow!

This loafer is absolutely fabulous, but it runs narrow and small (I wear a 9.5, but needed a half size larger).
